This page is going to show the exact recipe to make an awesome copykat of the famous Dunkin Donuts Pumpkin Swirl flavored Syrup for Coffee.
DD Pumpkin Spice Coffee Flavor
I think I am not alone with the sentiment that one of the favorite things to look forward to in the fall is when Dunkin Donuts makes their Pumpkin Spice Swirl Coffee Syrup available for the fall and early winter.
When February comes around and they stop offering that awesome seasonal coffee enhancer, it feels like an old girlfriend has left me and coffee is just not the same anymore.
If that does not sound at all too dramatic for you then I am sure we are not alone. Dunkin Donuts Pumpkin Swirl is one of the top favorite Dunkin Donuts seasonal items. There has never been a recipe online for the Fall beverage enhancer, but now there is.
Buy DD Pumpkin Swirl Online?
It is actually quite scary how devoid the internet is of DD Pumpkin spice or even a recipe! You can purchase a 64 oz container of the real DD Pumpkin Swirl at a hefty $35. I imagine a Dunkin Donuts employee is stealing the stuff and selling it on Ebay. Tthe fact you are making it yourself, with this recipe, means you will pay just pennies instead of dollars.
Dunkin Donuts Pumpkin Spice Swirl Ingredients
- 1/2 cup natural sugar such as sugar in the raw.
- 2/3 cup light brown sugar.
- 1 cup light cream or half and half.
- 1 teaspoon McCormick Pumpkin Spice blend.
I don’t usually push brands but I don’t know if anyone else sells that or not.
DD Pumpkin Spice Swirl Recipe
Put all the ingredients in a blender. Blend on high for a full minute. You really want to blend the hell out of this, otherwise, the heavier ingredients tend to settle at the bottom. This is not something you can put in a bowl and mix by hand with a spoon or something.
DD Pumpkin Spice Swirl Recipe Comments
I would appreciate comments below about this recipe. I invented it. I purchased the real DD swirl on Ebay for $34. I looked at the ingredients on the back. I am a pretty good cook as well so there is some background knowledge floating around in the old cranium. I made it, tasted it, and was quite impressed with the results. I hope you are too!
